Refund Policy
All sales are generally final once a session is completed.
However, in rare cases and under certain circumstances, I will issue a refund.

I want my readings to be accessible to everyone. If you are deaf or hard of hearing, I can provide sessions using text chat. In the future, I plan to expand my services to support additional languages as well. If you have specific accessibility needs, please reach out before booking so I can do my best to accommodate you.
Please Read Before Booking:
To secure your appointment, payment must be made via PayPal, Venmo, or Zelle within one hour after booking your appointment.
If payment is not received within that hour, your appointment will be canceled without notice.
Please note: All appointments are scheduled in Pacific Standard Time (PST), based in California.
Google Calendar usually auto-converts to your local time, but please double-check when scheduling to be sure.

By proceeding with your booking, you confirm that you understand and accept the following terms:
-You must be 18 years or older to participate.
-All readings are for entertainment purposes only and are not a substitute for professional legal, medical, financial, or psychological advice.
-I am not liable for any decisions or actions you take based on your reading.
-Your session will remain confidential, except where disclosure is required by law.
-Payment is required for all sessions.

On-call readings are available
A flat $10 on-call convenience fee is added to the regular price of the reading.
How to Request an On-Call Reading

3. Once payment is received, I will call you and the session will begin.
Payment must be received before the call or session begins.
On-call services are not guaranteed and are offered at my discretion.
