Service Agreement

By proceeding with your booking, you confirm that you understand and accept the following terms:

-You must be 18 years or older to participate.

-All readings are for entertainment purposes only and are not a substitute for professional legal, medical, financial, or psychological advice.

-I am not liable for any decisions or actions you take based on your reading.

-Your session will remain confidential, except where disclosure is required by law.

-Payment is required for all sessions.

Spirit Soul Mind | Appointment, Booking, and Refund Policies

Thank you for choosing Spirit Soul Mind! Before scheduling your reading, please take a moment to review the following policies. These guidelines help ensure a smooth experience for both you and me.

1. Appointment Scheduling

Please select an appointment time that works best for your schedule. Once your appointment is booked, you will receive a confirmation and 2–3 automated reminders before your scheduled session.

2. Refund & Cancellation Policy

Refunds may be requested as long as the request is submitted at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment.

If you need to cancel your appointment, you may request a refund within this timeframe.

Please note:

• Refund requests must be submitted at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment.

• Appointments cannot be refunded or canceled within the 24-hour window leading up to the scheduled appointment.

• Missed appointments and no-shows are considered forfeited and are not eligible for a refund.

3. Rescheduling Policy

If you need to change your appointment, you may request one reschedule, provided the request is made at least 24 hours before your originally scheduled appointment.

• Only one reschedule is permitted per booking.

• Rescheduling requests must be submitted at least 24 hours in advance.

• Once an appointment has been rescheduled, the payment becomes final and is no longer eligible for a refund.

• Rescheduled appointments are subject to availability.

Please make sure your new appointment time works for your schedule before confirming the change.

4. Late Arrivals

A 5-10 minute grace period is provided for late arrivals.

Please understand that arriving late may shorten your reading so that appointments scheduled afterward are not affected.

Missed appointments without prior communication are considered forfeited.

5. Time Zones

Google Calendar should automatically display appointment times according to your local time zone.

However, please double-check your time-zone settings before completing your booking.

I am located in California, and all appointments operate according to Pacific Time (PT).

6. Privacy Notice

Your name and email address are required by Google Calendar to schedule your appointment and receive booking confirmations and reminders.

Your information is used only for appointment-related purposes and will not be shared.

If you prefer not to provide your information through Google Calendar, you are welcome to contact me directly by text to arrange an On-Call Reading. Phone readings can be arranged directly with me without using the online scheduling system.
